Does VendGO replace Nayax?
No. Nayax is the payments and telemetry platform — it processes transactions and reports machine data. VendGO is the operations layer that works alongside it and drives what a person does next: the customer report, the refund, the repair, the parts, and the invoice. They are complementary, and VendGO is built to make a Nayax fleet easier to run.
What does the Nayax integration actually do?
VendGO uses Nayax data so machine activity, revenue, and credits flow into the operations workflow. Approved customer refunds can be issued as Nayax credits, and revenue monitoring uses machine sales data to flag a silent machine the next morning.
I already have Nayax. Why add VendGO?
Because Nayax is focused on payments and telemetry — and it does that job well.
